Born in 1938, Karl Lagerfeld is a famous fashion designer considered by most critics and consumers as one of the foremost experts in Germany. It belongs to a wealthy family in Hamburg, Germany, but was in Paris, where he studied fashion designing informally. His new name comes from when won the title of "Wool Secretariat in 1954 for a piece of wool coat that he designed.
Karl Lagerfeld began working as fashion designer Pierre Balmain in 1954. He completed his term in 1957 and there is a year later moved to the House of Patou. He also worked as a freelance designer Krizia. In the period 1959 to 1978, worked for Chloe, and it was during this time he began designing for skins sensitive Fendi collection. Realizing that it can maintain its own needs as a fashion designer, decided to create his own company in 1975 under the name de Parfums Lagerfeld.
From 1975 to 1978, worked with Karl Lagerfeld booth, nearly all parties. But in the last period of 1978, he began to design his own collection of fashion items independently. This company in 1982, lasted but when he decided to make designs for the Chanel. He mastered the art of haute couture, and Gilles du Four assist in fulfilling all its responsibilities, has added the Chanel ready to wear clothes list their own way.
Although Karl Lagerfeld continued his career with the Maison Chanel, was again able to establish their own lines fashion and accessories in 1984. He came to an end with Chloe in 1992, but left again in 1997 when a new administration took the house of Chloe. It was Stella McCartney, daughter of Paul Beatles, who took a new direction. Recently, Karl Lagerfeld made drawings of three major fashion houses such as Chanel, Fendi and his own label.
Speaking of designs, Karl Lagerfeld line of clothing and accessories are all known for their key structural and dramatic. Drawings are made for women, however, and most seem black and white. Two of the most notable lines are created Wunderbra and Wundercorset, both introduced in 1994.
Karl Lagerfeld, although made his name in the field of fashion, is also a well known photographer. It was he who took pictures of the press itself, and because the press has named "Kaiser Karl". His trademark catchy three details: a ponytail for his long white hair, sunglasses, and fan. Noted are the brands under its two main products: KL fashion and Karl Lagerfeld.
Other highlights: Karl Lagerfeld in 1996, is a license for produce a line of lingerie and beachwear. Furstenberg works with a German expert underwear, but that association ended after one season due to conflict of views and interests. Recently, the company deals with Tommy Hilfiger in creating and producing a small line of affordable fashion. Karl Lagerfeld actually achieved a designer, having worked with many of the biggest fashion brands and contribute significantly to the field of fashion, deserves credit in your name.
